The beds were really comfortable and the food and service were excellent, and the Old Town district is definitely worth visiting; it's just a kilometer away from the city center - we had an amazing two-night stay here!

Centrally located, easy walk to old city sites. Valet parking available. Spacious, comfy room with natural light. Friendly, helpful staff. Great start with buffet breakfast.

best thing about the location is that the rooms facing the Plaza Mayor will undoubtedly have a great view. building is old with all that entails, room was spacious and everything was clean and tidy. breakfast was quite varied, although since the cafeteria maid was peeling oranges, don't mix the juice with "powders" afterwards, taste is different at first.
In general, the treatment of the staff is quite "fair", not to say unpleasant at some point, both at the reception and in the cafeteria. A more personal opinion is that of the check out, I understand that it is a business, but 20 euros for a shower seems excessive to me, I share it because I was staying for a race that Sunday, and I simply wanted to take a shower before leaving the room, it is always a detail to think of the visitors who stay for a specific reason, like the Half Marathon that generates a good income for the city.

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the Old Town. The valet parking made it so convenient for us to arrive by car. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, making us feel instantly comfortable. The friendly and helpful staff, especially in the restaurant, added to the delightful experience. We also appreciated the proximity of the Tourist Information Centre, where we received excellent recommendations for places to visit. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Segovia.

Located right in the centre of Plaza Mayor, this hotel offers easy access to all the sights around. The Catedral de Segovia is just steps away, and other major sites of the city are just minutes away. The rooms are comfortable with amenities like tea/coffee making facilities, and the staff provides helpful and friendly service.
The mattresses in the rooms were not top of the line.

Magnificent hotel in a building with a history in the heart of Segovia, located on one of the sides of its Plaza Mayor. You can get to the hotel by car, has its own car park located nearby. As we already knew it, we asked for one of the big rooms with balconies to the square, by chance they gave us the same one we had occupied the previous time, with splendid views of the cathedral. spacious, comfortable, nice, well furnished and with the biggest double bed I have seen, above all with the already mentioned panoramic views of the Plaza Mayor. wifi is going very well. cathedral is two steps away and a little more than five minutes walking to the Aqueduct and Alcazar. Attentive, friendly and professional staff. One hundred percent recommended for visiting Segovia. Also, that weekend we had a good snowfall, so we enjoyed the city as we had not known it before.
We liked everything.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city next to the Cathedral in Plaza Mayor. The view from my room was stunning, overlooking the plaza and the church. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even helped me park my car. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the sauna-like shower and jacuzzi tub in my room. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the room had excellent soundproofing.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I spent Christmas at a wonderful hotel in the heart of a charming Spanish city. I loved waking up to the stunning views from my cozy bedroom that had a comfortable and plush bed for a great night's sleep. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the complimentary valet parking feature was very convenient especially during the busy holiday season. The location was perfect, right in the midst of all the exciting activities, and it was easy to explore the surrounding attractions by just taking a short walk.
There wasn't much that I disliked about my stay, but if I had to nitpick, it would be that the walls were a bit thin, and I could hear some noise from the street and other rooms. However, it was only a minor inconvenience, and it didn't detract from my overall experience of staying in such a lovely and comfortable hotel.
